(3) in the nameplate indicated in the spring working pressure level range, by rotating adjusting the screw to change the spring compression, the open pressure can be adjusted.
(4) before the rotation adjustment screw, should make the valve inlet pressure lower than 90% of the open pressure, in order to prevent the rotation adjustment screw when the disc is driven to rotate, so as to damage the sealing surface.
(5) in order to ensure the accuracy of the opening pressure value, the medium conditions during adjustment, such as medium type and temperature, should be as close as possible to the actual operating conditions.The type of medium changes, especially when the aggregation state of the medium is different
The opening pressure often varies (e.g. from the liquid to the gas phase).When the working temperature increases, the opening pressure generally decreases.Therefore, when it is adjusted at normal temperature and used at high temperature, the setting pressure at normal temperature should be slightly higher than the required opening pressure.High to what extent and valve structure and material selection are related, should be based on the manufacturer's instructions.

2. Adjustment of discharge pressure and return pressure
(1) adjust valve discharge pressure and back seat pressure, must carry out the valve to the full open height of the action test, therefore, only in the large capacity of the test device or after the safety valve installed on the protected equipment may be carried out.The adjustment method varies according to the valve structure.
(2) for the structure with recoil disc and seat adjusting ring, is to use the seat adjusting ring to adjust.Unscrew the fixing screw of the adjusting ring and extend a thin iron rod from the exposed screw hole. You can stir the gear tooth on the adjusting ring and make the adjusting ring rotate around.When the adjusting ring is rotated counterclockwise to the left, its position will rise and the discharge pressure and backseat pressure will decrease.On the contrary, when the adjusting ring is rotated clockwise to the right, its position will decrease, and the discharge pressure and backseat pressure will increase.Each time adjust, adjust: the range of rotation should not be too large (general rotation number of teeth).After each adjustment, the fixing screw should be screwed on so that its end is located in the groove between the two teeth of the regulating ring, which can not only prevent the rotation of the regulating ring, but also produce radial pressure on the regulating ring.For the sake of safety, the inlet pressure of the relief valve should be appropriately lowered (generally lower than 90% of the opening pressure) before the adjusting ring is pulled to prevent the valve from suddenly opening during adjustment and causing accidents.
(3) for the upper and lower regulation ring (guide sleeve and seat on each have a regulation ring) structure, the adjustment is a bit more complex.The seat control ring is used to change the size of the channel between the disc and the control ring to change the amount of pressure that accumulates in the chamber between the disc and the control ring during the initial opening of the valve.When the valve seat control ring is raised, the degree of pressure accumulation increases, so that the proportional opening phase of the valve decreases and reaches the sudden and rapid opening.Therefore, lifting the seat adjusting ring reduces the discharge pressure.It should be noted that the seat control ring should not be raised too close to the disc.In that case, a leak on the sealing surface may cause the valve to suddenly open prematurely, but because the pressure of the medium is not enough to keep the disc in the open position, the disc then closes, and the valve occurs frequency hopping.
The upper adjusting ring is used to adjust the backseat pressure by changing the Angle at which the flow media bends after reflecting off the lower side of the disc, thereby changing the size of the fluid force.When the upper regulating ring is raised, the bending Angle decreases, and the fluid force decreases accordingly, so that the backseat pressure increases.Conversely, when the upper regulating ring is lowered, the backseat pressure is reduced.Of course, while changing the return seat pressure, the upper regulating ring also affects the discharge pressure, that is, raising the upper regulating ring makes the discharge pressure rise to some extent, and lowering the upper regulating ring makes the discharge pressure drop to some extent, but its influence degree is not as obvious as the return seat pressure.
3, seal
