Four common technologies for stainless steel pipe fittings:  

1. Gas welding: during welding, the chromium and nickel on the surface of stainless steel will not be oxidized under the protection of gas, retaining the original characteristics and corrosion resistance of stainless steel.  

2. Pickling passivation: it can produce a thin, dense and hard passivation film on the outer wall of water pipes and pipe pieces, which is the fundamental reason to prevent corrosion.  

3 bright solid melting: stainless steel pipe after forming, welding process, must be through 1050 degrees of solid melting treatment, in order to eliminate the internal stress caused by deformation of stainless steel pipe, reduce stress corrosion, restore the intercrystal changes in the welding process of pipe, carbide dissolved in austenite, to prevent adverse effects.  

4. Sealing material: sealing material is the key point of the service life of stainless steel pipe, the service life of sealing material determines the service life of stainless steel pipe.
