2. The card is stuck
Cause: Improper installation of the breathing valve, distortion of the oil tank leading to the guide rod of the valve disc skew, valve rod rust and so on. Treatment method: Re-install the breathing valve, repair the deformation of the oil tank, clean or replace the corroded valve stem.
3. The bonding fault occurs
Cause: Chemical and physical changes occur when oil vapor, moisture and dust deposited on the valve disc, seat and guide rod are mixed. Treatment method: Clean the debris on the valve disc, seat and guide rod, and carry out regular maintenance.
4. Infarct failure
Reason: Mechanical breathing valve long-term high load operation, dust, rust and other debris accumulated in the breathing valve, or bees, birds and other nesting in the breathing valve mouth. Treatment method: Regularly clean the debris in the breathing valve to ensure that the breathing valve is unimpeded.
To ensure the normal operation of the breathing valve, regular maintenance and inspection should be carried out to discover and handle faults in time.
