Working principle:
The structure of aseptic sampling valve mainly includes sealant sleeve, sample chamber, sampling port, stainless steel thimble,spring, thimble sleeve, manual rotary handle (the difference between automatic aseptic sampling valve and manual is whether to use
pneumatic device, its basic principle is the same, normally aseptic sampling valve are equipped with appropriate size of the sampling port head), etc
Its basic working principle is when in the closed state, rely on the spring tension or other pressure to push the thimble, by the thimble will seal the sealant head in the wall of the hole, to achieve the sealing effect;If sampling is required, steam or other bactericidal media is injected into one of the sampling ports (usually the lower one), and the entire sample chamber is filled and exported from the other sampling port. After a certain period of time, the sample chamber and sampling port are in a sterile state.Then, by twisting the handle, shrinking the spring and relaxing the thimble, the sealant head is detached from the hole on the wall of the tank, and the sample is discharged from the tank through the sample chamber and collected from the sampling port.After the sampling is completed, screw the handle, release the spring, and press the sealant head on the opening of the tank wall again through the thimble.Clean water is poured into the sample chamber to drain the residual liquid (if the sample is a cleaner medium such as sterile water, this step can be omitted), and then the bactericidal medium is injected to seal and retain for the next sample
