The working principle 
The valve has three different connection types: tank, pipe and thread.They work on the same principle.Place the cover on the upper hose connection before opening the valve.When the handle is turned to the horizontal position, the sample begins to flow through the lower outlet.When the handle returns to the vertical position, the valve closes and the handle can be removed as needed.Sterile samples can be obtained using special valve types with microports.If the red cover is removed, the subcutaneous needle can be inserted into the membrane through a central channel to collect a sterile sample while the valve is in a closed position.After sampling, flush valve with water or alcohol.Valves can be sterilized using alcohol or steam.
