This is a variable pressure relief valve, sometimes referred to as a "Bunging" or "Spunding" valve, traditionally used for controlled carbonation of products over time. Its operating range is 0.2 - 2.2 bar (2.9 - 30.9 PSI) however it is not recommended for use beyond the pressure rating of the vessel. Tanks are warrantied as a low pressure system up to 14.7 PSI (1 atmosphere). Provides calibrated relief of pressure for the carbonation of a variety of beverage products. Polycarbonate housing.

The pressure relief valve is used in the brewery system, on the top of brewery tank, It is some kind of safety valve that opens when the pressure in the tank is too high. The pressure relief valve is control by a spring and monitor by a pressure gauge. The connection of the valve could be clamp or union or welding, Size according to customer's requirement.
The valve is applied to pressure vessel pipeline system, Regulating the one-way exhaust valve protects the container from explosion when the pressure is higher than the set pressure(Standard 1Bar).On the Contrary, It can exhaust when the pressure is higher than the set pressure(Stand I BAR).The pressure on the regulating rod is calibrated. The required pressure is adjusted according to the calibration.
