Fermentation tank exhaust valve performance requirements
The discharge valve of the fermenting tank should have a large discharge capacity. When the empty pipe of the pipeline is filled with water, it can realize the rapid recovery of the exhaust to the normal water supply capacity in a very short time.When the exhaust valve has negative pressure in the pipe, the piston should be able to open quickly and absorb a large amount of outside air quickly to ensure that the pipeline will not be damaged due to negative pressure.And under the working pressure can be assembled in the pipe trace air discharge.
The exhaust valve should have a relatively high air closing pressure, and within a short period of time before the piston is closed, it should be capable of discharging the air in the pipeline to improve the water delivery efficiency.The exhaust valve body shall be provided with an anti-impact protection inner cylinder to prevent the premature damage of the float ball (float barrel) caused by the direct impact of high-speed water flow after a large number of exhaust.

Q: what is the problem that the water in the glass cover keeps bubbling and the pressure drops?
Answer :(1) whether the liquid is filled up, and (2) whether there are impurities in the CLP pipe. There are two problems: impurities will stick on the sealing surface of the main valve core, causing the valve to drop pressure.
Q: how to deal with stress?
A;When there is pressure in the tank, pull down the top ball and pull up hard to allow the gas to flush out the impurities. If it does not flush out, this will remove the valve and remove the spool by hand cleaning.Please have a look at our video.Note: do not remove valve when fermentation is under pressure.
Q: can non-standard customization?
Answer: it depends on which place needs non-standard customization.
Q: will the glass cover crack?
Answer: vitreous cover cannot touch alcohol or ethanol, time grew meeting ageing appears crack.Add delicate a little disinfectant can, had better not add any alcohol and so on thing.When the fermentation exhaust gas CO2 gas has the sterilization effect.
