Adjust the pressure valve. The spring is made of imported steel wire SUS304 (customized by special process) to ensure the accuracy and long-term stability of the product. The adjustment range pressures are: 0.2-2.2 bar, 1.1-3.2 bar. The pressure below 2.2 bar is generally selected for fermenter use. Below 3.2 bar, the selection of sake tanks is generally used. Different processes choose different pressures. The details are determined by the winemaker.
