The breathing valve has two functions. When the pressure is higher than the set pressure (standard 1BAR), it can be vented, and vice versa.

Application
Breather valves are safety devices required for storage tanks/containers/gas or vapor pipe lines/ reactors etc. having chemicals or any other fluid to be handled carefully.Breather valves with desiccants are used during transportation of sensitive equipments/ goods to protect from pressure differentials due to change in climatic conditions.

Installation informations
Fitting position
The bunging fitting is to be installed at the connection (1)
Pressure setting
The set pressure can be adjusted by the spring (8) force according to the operation pressure of the tank
NOTE
The valve need to be cleaned when the seal covered with impurities and cannot close tight enough, which could following with leakage. (see 7 Manual Operation )
Vacuum Safety Valve Product Overview:
Wenhan vacuum safety valve is suitable for vacuum system with temperature ≤150°C. When the negative pressure in the container exceeds the allowable value, the valve will automatically open and take in air; when the negative pressure in the container reaches the allowable value, the valve will automatically close. Protection of equipment and systems.
