Working principle of sanitary control valve

This type of control valve is operated by the handwheel. When the handwheel is adjusted clockwise, the pressure and flow gradually decrease until it is closed; when the handwheel is adjusted counterclockwise, the pressure and flow gradually increase until it is fully opened.
