American standard ball valve product features are as follows:
1. Stem anti-fly structure: When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the valve body cavity may push the stem out. In order to prevent this from happening, a boss structure is set in the lower part of the valve stem, so that even if the fire, the packing, the thrust bearing is burned or other reasons cause damage to the packing, the medium pressure in the valve body will make the valve stem boss and the valve body seal close contact to prevent the media from leaking from the damaged packing part;
2. Anti-static device: When operating the valve, due to the friction between the ball and non-metallic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene seat, electrostatic charges will be generated and accumulated in the ball line. In order to prevent electrostatic sparks, an anti-static device is set on the valve to export the generated static electricity;
3. Fireproof structure: The floating ball valve seat adopts the structure. When the fire occurs, the non-metal sealing surface material burns down, the metal ring uses the spring's elasticity to push the seat and the ball to seal, thereby preventing the spread of fire and the outflow of the medium;
4. Automatic pressure relief structure: When the medium trapped in the valve cavity due to changes in pipeline system pressure or medium temperature and other factors, resulting in abnormal pressure rise, the medium can rely on its own thrust to push the valve seat and automatic pressure relief, so as to ensure the valve.
5. The middle flange has no leakage structure: the connection part of the valve body and the left body is sealed by the cushion, in order to prevent the sealing leakage caused by fire, high temperature or vibration and other factors, the design is to contact the valve body with the left body metal metal, forming the stop flange to ensure no leakage;
The closing part of the ball valve is a ball, and the ball is rotated around the center line of the valve body to achieve the opening and closing of a valve.
