Three polishing methods commonly used for sanitary manholes
Apr 09, 2020| 1. Magnetic abrasive polishing sanitary manhole
Magnetic abrasive polishing is the use of magnetic abrasive in the magnetic field under the action of the formation of abrasive brush, the workpiece grinding processing. This method has high processing efficiency, good quality, easy to control processing conditions, good working conditions. With suitable abrasive, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.1 m.
2. Fluid polishing sanitary manhole
Fluid polishing is achieved by scouring the surface of the workpiece with high-speed flowing liquid and the abrasive particles carried by it.Common methods are: abrasive jet processing, liquid jet processing, fluid power grinding.Hydrodynamic grinding is driven by hydraulic pressure to allow the liquid medium carrying the abrasive particles to flow back and forth across the surface of the workpiece at high speed. The medium is mainly made of special compound (polymer-like material) with good flow ability under low pressure and admixture of abrasive. The abrasive can be made of silicon carbide powder.
3. Ultrasonic polishing sanitary manhole
The workpiece is put into the abrasive suspension and placed together in the ultrasonic field. The abrasive is ground and polished on the workpiece surface by the vibration of ultrasonic wave.Ultrasonic machining macroscopical force is small, will not cause the workpiece deformation, but the tooling production and installation is more difficult.Ultrasonic processing can be combined with chemical or electrochemical methods. On the basis of solution corrosion and electrolysis, ultrasonic vibration is applied to stir the solution to separate the dissolved products from the workpiece surface, and the corrosion or electrolyte near the surface is uniform. The cavitation of ultrasonic wave in liquid can also inhibit the corrosion process, which is beneficial to the surface lighting.
