The working principle of exhaust valve.

Exhaust valve is an indispensable auxiliary component in pipeline system, which is widely used in boiler, oil and gas, water supply and drainage pipeline.  It is often installed in the vantage point or elbow to eliminate the excess gas in the pipeline, improve the efficiency of the pipe and reduce energy consumption.  During the operation of hVAC system and HVAC system, the gases (such as hydrogen and oxygen, etc.) released during the heating of water will cause many adverse effects, which will damage the system and reduce the thermal effect. If these gases cannot be discharged in time, many adverse consequences will occur.  Such as: corrosion due to oxidation;  The formation of air pockets in radiators;  The hot water circulation is not smooth and unbalanced, so that some radiator is not hot locally;  The noise of pipeline with gas operation;  Cavitation phenomenon of circulating pump.

The LKUV-2 is a reliable automatic exhaust valve that can be used when air removal is necessary, for example, when installed vertically at the top of the line or in front of the pump inlet.

The LKUV-2 is a two-seat valve with a free moving plastic ball. This ball, lighter than water, closes against the upper or upper seat, depending on the pressure conditions.

The valve body consists of two parts (upper valve body and sealing ring), assembled with a fixture, the lower valve body has a welding head.
