The main components of stainless steel fermentation tanks
Jun 21, 2024| The main components of stainless steel fermentation tanks
Stainless steel fermentation tanks need to be fully disinfected before being put into operation, because the layout and structure of the fermentation tanks are relatively complex. In order to achieve a better disinfection and sterilization treatment, the air filter connected to the fermentation tank needs to be sterilized with steam, and then dried with air. After the sterilization process is completed in the tank, the long-term accumulated sewage in the fermentation tank feed pipe is drained and cleaned.
Stainless steel fermentation tanks are composed of the following components:
1. Gas storage tank: Due to the aging of the experimental equipment, it is a safety decision. The pressure is adjusted at 2Kg (0.2Mpa). If the pressure exceeds this, the air compressor must be turned off. There is a vent at the bottom of the gas tank
Safety valve, this valve is normally open.
2. Air compressor: Press the red button and gradually introduce air into the air tank.
3. Stainless steel fermentation tank: There are electrodes connected to the stainless steel fermentation tank. If you want to open the stainless steel fermentation tank, you must first remove it to avoid damage. When tightening the fermenter, tighten the knob diagonally.
4. Steam generator: The yellow light on means that water needs to be filled. After the water is filled, the red light will turn on and the temperature will gradually increase automatically. There is a valve behind it, which is a switch that regulates the outflow of steam. It is always open.
Stainless steel fermentation tanks refer to equipment used to complete biological fermentation in industrial production. Stainless steel fermentation tanks are made of stainless steel and are widely used in dairy products, beverages, biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, biochemical industry and other industries. The storage tanks are equipped with interlayers, insulation layers, Can be heated, cooled and kept warm.
