2,Sight glass lens installation
Be sure that the sight glass seat is flat and smooth, the sealing gasket between the lens and the sight glass seat is installed flat, the sealing gasket is not damaged and does not stick to grease. Before tightening the screws, make sure that the sight glass seat and cover are installed correctly, and then slowly tighten the screws.
3, carefully check the nameplate parameters, not only to ensure that the components connected to the sight glass lens sealing good, but also to ensure that the sight glass and welding flange sealing are good, and to ensure that the pressure in the pipeline does not exceed the rated pressure of the pendulum sight glass.
4, after the installation can not have other additional pressure on the sight glass, otherwise it will cause the sight glass uneven force, resulting in sight glass rupture.
