1. In order to use the breathing valve safely, remove the corrugated flame retardant layer regularly within 3-6 months, clean it, ensure that each hole in the flame retardant layer is smooth, prevent blockage, and ensure safe and normal use.
2. Regularly check whether the positive and negative valve disc is flexible and whether the guide rod and valve disc contact sealing surface are damaged. If there is any damage, replace immediately.
3. During the inspection, maintenance and reinstallation, it is necessary to ensure that the combination surface of the quick-installed breathing valve is closely coordinated and the valve disc is flexible.
4. When the new valve is started, please remove the anti-shock between the disc before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will fail.
Selection of quick-installed breathing valve:
1. Requirements for installation location and temperature range, such as all-weather breathing valve (quick-installed breathing valve) should be selected in cold areas, and tube breathing valve should be selected in the pipeline.
2. The control pressure of the breathing valve shall be adapted to the pressure bearing capacity.
3. The specification of the breather valve (flange diameter) shall meet the requirements for the flow of zui gas in and out of the oil tank.
