(1) the name of the instrument: to be clear is the general pressure gauge, oxygen pressure gauge, electrical contact pressure gauge, ammonia pressure gauge, etc.;
(2) Instrument model: there are different models for different manufacturers, but it should be clearly stated in the contract;
(3) The outer diameter of the meter: ∮40, ∮60, ∮100, ∮150, and ∮250.
(4) installation mode: radial, axial, front edge, back edge.
(5) Measuring range: vacuum gauge -- 0.1Mpa;
Pressure gauges -- upper limit of measurement;
Pressure vacuum gauge - measuring range.
(6) Precision grade: 1, 1.6, 2.5, 4.
(7) joint thread: M10*1, M14*1.5, M20*1.5, NPT,PT, G.
In the purchase and ordering of special pressure gauges, in addition to the above points, the following points should also be made clear according to different pressure gauges:
(1) Instrument name: diaphragm pressure gauge, anti-corrosion pressure gauge, shock proof pressure gauge, membrane box pressure gauge, etc.
(2) for diaphragm pressure gauge:
A. According to different uses, the filling fluid (silicone oil, glycerin, fluorine oil, edible oil, etc.) in the spring tube should be defined;
B. According to the corrosion condition of the medium to be measured, the material of the diaphragm should be defined (such as SUS316, tantalum, Monel alloy, Hastelloy alloy, coating film, etc.);
C. If it is a flange connection, the implementation standard, size, material or coating requirements of the flange should be clear.
(3) the shock pressure gauge should be clear about the case filled with damping fluid (silicone oil, glycerin, etc.).
(4) anticorrosive pressure gauge should be based on the corrosion of the measured medium or the wind corrosion of the working environment, clear the material of the joint, spring tube and case, etc.
