1. The opening and closing direction of the breathing valve should be closed clockwise.
2. Since the breathing valve in the pipe network is often manually opened and closed, the number of opening and closing revolutions should not be too much, that is, the large-diameter valve should also be within 200-600 rpm.
3. In order to facilitate a person's opening and closing operation, under the condition of pipeline pressure, the large opening and closing torque should be 240N-m.
4. The opening and closing operation end of the breathing valve should be square and standardized in size and facing the ground so that people can operate directly from the ground. Valves with discs are not suitable for underground pipe networks.

1 The tick mark of the degree of opening and closing of the breathing valve shall be cast on the outer cover of the display panel after the gearbox cover or the direction of the change, and the surface shall be facing the ground, and the scale line shall be coated with phosphor to show eye-catching;
2 indicates that the material of the disc needle can be made of stainless steel when the management is good, otherwise it is painted steel, do not use aluminum skin;
3 indicates that the disc needle is conspicuous and firmly fixed. Once the opening and closing adjustment is accurate, it should be locked with rivets.
The breathing valve is installed at the top of the storage tank. It is a gas that solves the positive pressure and negative pressure in the tank, so that the liquid in and out of the tank is not hindered. When the external liquid is input into the tank, a large amount of gas is called out (referred to as positive pressure). When the liquid in the tank is discharged to the outside, the tank must be sucked into the tank from the outside air (called negative pressure). If the breathing valve is automatically closed when the work is stopped, the liquid in the tank will not leak out, so that the quality of the liquid in the tank is advantageously protected.
For safe use of the breathing valve, check the flexibility of the guide and valve disc before use. This valve should be checked regularly (within 6 months) whether the positive and negative valve discs are flexible, and the valve disc contact surface is damaged. If it is damaged, it should be repaired immediately. After the repair is completed, everything can be reused normally.
