1 Purpose and performance specifications

1.1 Purpose

a. This product is mainly used as an opener on gas and liquid medium pipelines to connect or cut off the medium. It has the advantages of small flow resistance and less labor-saving opening and closing.

b. Scope of application: mainly used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, new energy, beverage machinery and equipment fields.

2 Adopt the standard

2.1 Design and manufacture according to the provisions of GB/T 12237;

2.2 Inspection and testing shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 13927 or JB/T9092;

2.3 The flange size shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T79;

2.4 The length of the structure shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 12221;

3 Structural features and usage principles

3.1 Refer to the diagram for the structure and main dimensions.

3.2 The valve is opened and closed by rotating the handwheel to make the valve stem rotate and drive the ball to rotate.

3.3 When the valve is closed, the handle rotates clockwise (there is a switch mark on the operator).

3.4 It adopts PTFE all-inclusive seal, the closing torque is small, and it is easy to seal.

3.5 Adopt replaceable sealing structure, easy maintenance.
