Leakage solutions at both ends of the butterfly valve:
1. Replace the gasket.
2. Tighten the flange bolts (evenly).

1. There are debris in the disc and sealing ring of the butterfly valve.
2. The sealing position of the butterfly plate and butterfly valve is incorrect.
3. The outlet is equipped with uncompressed or uncompressed flange bolts.
4. The pressure test deviation does not meet the requirements.
The main points of dealing with the leakage of the sealing surface of the butterfly valve:
1. Remove impurities and clean the inner cavity of the valve.
2. Adjust the limit screw of the actuator (such as a worm gear or electric actuator) to achieve an accurate valve closing position.
3. Check the mounting flange plane and bolt pressure, it should be compressed evenly.
4. Press the arrow bias to keep the rotation.
