1, check the control air source solenoid valve, to see whether there is damage, iron core stuck, coil burning, and other phenomena, found in time to repair or replace.
2, Check whether the cylinder and its seals are damaged, and repair or replace the pneumatic ball valve in time.
3, pneumatic ball valve check whether there is debris in the ball valve body, if there is debris, it will be removed, if the ball valve core or seal has been damaged, it will be replaced or repaired.
The pneumatic ball valve moves slowly or appears the vibration phenomenon of stop and go.
4. Check whether the output torque of the pneumatic actuator is matched with the valve body. If the rated output torque of the pneumatic actuator is less than the required torque of the valve body, slow motion or dither will occur.
5, pneumatic ball valve check whether the pneumatic actuator air pressure source can be too low, if the pneumatic ball valve is too low, the air pressure will be increased to 4~7 kg.
6, valve or valve core assembly is too tight, resulting in the body required torque, reassemble the body.
7, pneumatic ball valve for single action pneumatic ball valve, if there is a loss of signal when the action is too slow or shaking phenomenon, it is necessary to check the exhaust side.
