Butterfly valve installation and debugging and troubleshooting methods

1）. The manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric components of this product are strictly debugged before leaving the factory. When rechecking the sealing performance, users should fix both sides of the inlet and outlet evenly, close the disc valve and apply pressure on the inlet side Observe whether there is leakage on the exit side. Before the pipeline strength test, the disc plate should be opened to prevent damage to the sealing pair.
2）. Although this product has undergone rigorous inspection and experiment before leaving the factory, there are some products that have automatic screw displacement during transportation, and need to be readjusted, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc., please refer to the instruction manual of the supporting drive.
3）. (Electric drive disc valve) The opening and closing strokes of the control mechanism have been adjusted before leaving the factory. In order to prevent the power supply from being connected in the wrong direction, after the power is turned on for the first time, the user must first open the manual to the half-open position, and then press the electric switch to check that the direction of the indicator disk is consistent with the valve closing direction.
2.Common faults and elimination methods
1）. Before installation, confirm whether the performance of the product and the arrow of the medium flow direction are consistent with the movement conditions, and insert the valve cavity to clean it. No foreign substances attached to the sealing ring and butterfly plate are allowed. It is allowed to close the butterfly plate to avoid damaging the sealing ring.
2）. It is recommended to use the special flange for the disc valve, that is, the HGJ54-91 socket welding steel flange.
3）. The position installed in the pipeline, the best position is standing
, But not upside down.
4）. Flow rate needs to be adjusted during use, and a worm gear box is used for control.
5）. For butterfly valves with more opening and closing times, open the worm gear box cover in about two months to check whether the butter is normal, and maintain an appropriate amount of butter.
6）. Check the connection parts to be tight, that is to ensure the bee of the filler, and to ensure the flexible rotation of the valve stem.
7）. The metal seal butterfly valve product is not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it must be installed at the end of the pipeline, it needs to be equipped with an outlet outlet to prevent the backpressure of the seal ring and excessive position.
8）. The response of valve stem installation and use Periodically check the use effect of the valve, and find the fault and eliminate it in time.
