brief introduction of sintered filter element

The sintered filter element is made of filter material through pressure, rolling, and sintering in high temperature furnace, and then the sintered filter material is processed into filter element.  Our common sintered filter is stainless steel sintered filter.  Stainless steel sintered filter element is made of multilayer stainless steel sintered mesh.  Stainless steel sintered filter element has strong adaptability to high temperature and acid and alkali environment, high filtration accuracy and durability.  

Standard specification of sintered filter element:  

1) Standard material: SUS304, SUS316L;  SUS punch plate sintering net;  

2) Standard caliber: 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150, 180mm can be customized;  

3) Filtration accuracy: 1-200um;  

4) Standard size: 100-1500mm, special specifications can be made according to customer requirements;  

5) Interface type: 222, 220, 222, 226, 215, M36, M28, M24, M22, M20 standard interface, threaded interface, custom interface, pull rod connection, flange connection, fast interface connection.  

Characteristics of sintered filter element:  

1) Filtration accuracy stability: accuracy 1-200μm.  Due to the protection of two layers of wire mesh and the sintering process of diffusion solid solution, the mesh hole of filter is not easy to deform.  

2) Good strength: all stainless steel structure, due to the fourth and fifth layer as support, inherent high pressure resistance, excellent mechanical strength, high pressure resistance up to 200Kg.  No leakage, no media off.  ISO 90001 Quality System certification  

3) easy cleaning: due to the use of surface filter material, it has the characteristics of easy cleaning, especially suitable for backwashing, pulse backwashing.  

4) Easy to process: suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and other processing technology.  Good processing performance, folding, welding, bonding.  Flexible design.  

5) High temperature resistance: can withstand the high temperature of 480℃.
