Breathing valve is installed in the crude oil, gasoline, paraffin, light diesel, aromatics and other fixed top storage tanks on the main safety equipment. It is a kind of ventilating device fixed on the top of the storage tank, which can ensure the normal state of pressure inside the tank, prevent the tank from being damaged by overpressure or vacuum, and reduce the loss of liquid volatilisation inside the tank. The product has single valve, single suction valve breathing valve, all kinds of structure can be combined with the arrester, also can be equipped with the required nozzle.
In order to use the breathing valve safely, the corrugated fireproofing layer should be removed regularly within 3 to 6 months, and each hole in the fireproofing layer should be cleaned to prevent clogging and to ensure safety and normal use.
Regularly check whether the positive and negative action of the valve flap is flexible or not, and whether the sealing surface of the guide rod and valve flap contact is damaged or not, and replace it immediately if it is damaged.
When checking, maintaining and re-installing, we should make sure that the connecting surfaces of the valve are closely co-ordinated and the valve flap is flexible in lifting and lowering.
