Mechanism of CIP cleaning

Commonly used detergents are acid, alkali detergents and sterilization detergents.
The advantages of acid and alkali detergent are: it can kill all microorganisms; The removal of organic matter is good. Disadvantages: strong irritation to the skin; Poor washability.
The advantages of sterilizing agent are: the bactericidal effect is rapid, effective for all microorganisms; Generally non-toxic after dilution; Not affected by water hardness; Forming a thin film on the surface of the equipment; Easy determination of concentration; Easy to measure; Can remove stench. Disadvantages: have a special taste; Requires certain storage conditions; The bactericidal effect of different concentration is different.
