Stainless Carbonation Level Monitor304
WH-5108 The CO2 content of beer was tested with improved design and light weight.Easy to use, no need for cleaning and other advantages.
- Product Introduction
The Stainless Carbonation Level Monitor 304 is a cutting-edge technology designed to monitor the carbonation level of drinks, especially beer. Produced with high-quality stainless steel material, this product guarantees durability and long-lasting performance. It is an excellent instrument for bar owners, brewers, and beer enthusiasts who want to maintain the perfect carbonation level and ensure the high quality and taste of their beers. The carbonation level monitor is easy to install, simple to use and provides accurate readings. It can be connected to the beer line, keg, or any other carbonated beverage vessel.

Maintenance and Quick-wear Parts
1. WENHAN tester should be used.It is convenient. It has high accuracy, physical testing and SUS304 production. Its a great way to measure carbon dioxide levels.
2. Thermometer and pressure gauge should be calibrated if the pressure gauge does not return to zero (the position zero). Replace the pressure gauge.
3. The piston (13) may be stuck in the piston body.If this occurs, unlock the piston locking pin (15)and twist its clockwise out of the L-slot (14).Open the inlet valve (6) and pull the piston (13) out of the fully open position. A little amount of O-ring lubricant is applied to the piston to make the piston work up and down to lubricate the ‘O’ ring seal designed in the piston body. This should be done frequently as a part of routine instrument maintenance.
Operation
1. Close the lower inlet valve (10) and lock the expansion piston (13) in the ‘L’ groove position (14); Clip the locking pin into the L-slot (14).
2. Open the exhaust valve at the top(6), and build the back pressure with aspirator bulb (8) (or other convenient pressure sources) to approximate back pressure plus static head pressure in the tank to be sampled, then close the exhaust valve at the top. (6)
3. Connect the volumter to the plug valve of the tank by opening the screw (12) of the clamping device and sliding the yoke (11) of the clamping device to the lug of the cock. Turn the clamping device screw clockwise so that the clamping device washer seals tightly between the test cock valve and the clamping device assembly.
4. Open the inlet valve (10) and then fully open the cock valve.
5. When the pressure gauge stabilizes, remove the extractor bulb (8) and partially open the top exhaust valve (6), reducing the pressure on the gauge by approximately 1 pounder/inch. Allow the meter to fill until beer overflows the goose neck (7).
6. Fully open the exhaust valve (6) so that the beer stream can remove any bubbles.
7. Close the inlet valve, exhaust valve and cock valve. Remove the volume meter from the cock on the tank.
8. Partially open the exhaust valve (6) to reduce the false pressure reading and allow the gauge pressure to drop to the expected equilibrium pressure in the test, and then close the exhaust valve (10).
9. Turn piston handle (13) counterclockwise to release position. Do not remove the handle, but allow bottle pressure to force the piston away as the sample shakes. Pulling out the handle will damage the gauge.
10. Shake the volumter vigorously until equilibrium temperature and pressure are established and record a reading. Refer to attached instrument drawing for corresponding gas volume. When it vibrates, the temperature and pressure remain constant, reaching an equilibrium. Do not let your hand touch the volume of the metal body by timing the wobble, as this will cause the temperature of the beer to rise.
* Note: the volumetric chart (1049) shows the solubility of CO gas in average beer and finds it to give a lower reading than the chart based on water solubility
Nursing
1. Upon completion of the test, open the inlet and outlet valves (6-10) and blow out the beer sample under the pressure of the suction bulb (8).
2. Rinse the inside of the volumter with water to remove any traces of beer. This can be done by connecting the hose from the water source to the gooseneck (7) and then opening the inlet and outlet valves to flush the water through the instrument. Do not use hot water as it can damage the thermometer.
3. Apply a small amount of ‘O’ ring lubricant to the piston (13) and lubricate the internal piston ‘O’ ring with the upper and lower pistons.
4. Flush any trace amount of beer from the suction bulb (8) to prevent the check valve from sticking.
5. Store the sound meter at room temperature to avoid damaging the thermometer.
