[stainless Steel Exhaust Valve] Electric Control Valve Installation Matters Needing Attention

The newly designed and installed control system shall first check whether the nameplate on the valve conforms to the design requirements before the installation of the new valve, in order to ensure that the regulating valve can work normally when driving and make the system run safely.The following projects should also be debugged.

Basic error limit;Full stroke deviation;Back to the poor;Dead zone;Leakage (in strictly required conditions).

If the regulator in the original system is overhauled, in addition to the above items to check, but also the old valve stuffing box and joints and other parts of the sealing inspection.

In the use of the control valve, a lot of often not because of the quality of the control valve itself, but the installation of the control valve caused by improper use, such as the installation environment, installation position and direction improper or the pipeline is not clean and other reasons.Therefore, the electric control valve in the installation and use of the following aspects should be noted:

(1) the regulating valve belongs to the field instrument, and the ambient temperature is required to be within the range of -25 ~ 60℃, and the relative humidity ≤95%.If installed in the open air or high temperature occasions, should take waterproof, cooling measures.Stay away from the source or increase the anti-vibration measures where there is a source.

(2) the control valve should be installed vertically in general, special circumstances can be tilted, such as a large tilt Angle or the valve itself weight is too large should be added to the valve supporting protection.

(3) the pipeline to install the regulator should not be too high from the ground or the floor. When the height of the pipeline is greater than 2m, a platform should be set as far as possible to facilitate the operation of the hand wheel and facilitate maintenance.

(4) before the installation of the regulating valve, the pipeline should be cleaned to remove dirt and welding slag.After installation, in order to ensure that impurities do not remain in the valve body, the valve should be cleaned again, that is, all valves should be opened when the media, so as to avoid impurities stuck.After using the handwheel mechanism, it should be restored to the original neutral position.

(5) in order to enable the production process to continue in the case of failure or maintenance of the regulator, the regulator shall be provided with bypass pipeline.

Special attention should also be paid to whether the installation position of the regulator conforms to the requirements of the process.
