How Are Sterile Sampling Valve Used

Nov 16, 2019|

                     Aseptic sampling valve is mainly composed of sampling port, sample chamber, sealant head, stainless steel thimble, spring, rotary handle and thimble sleeve.The working principle of the aseptic sampling valve is that when the aseptic sampling valve is closed, the thimble is pushed by spring tension or other pressures, and the pushed thimble presses the sealant head against the hole in the tank wall to achieve the sealing effect.Below, the sampling procedure of aseptic sampling valve is briefly introduced:

1. Enter steam or other sterilization media through the sampling port below;

2. Make the medium fill the sample room, and then export the medium from another sampling port;

3. After a period of time, the sample room and sampling orifice will be in a sterile state;

4. Twist the rotary handle, shrink the spring and loosen the thimble, so that the sealant head can be separated from the hole in the tank wall;

5. Samples will be discharged from the sample room and collected through the sampling port;

6. After taking samples, repeat the process contrary to step 4;

7. Enter clean water to drain residual liquid in the sample room;

8. Finally, inject bactericidal medium and seal it for preservation.

The above is the working principle and sampling process of aseptic sampling valve.
