1. Manual diaphragm valve is a new type of valve with tail valve, which can sterilize and sterilize. 2.  The advantages of diaphragm valves are similar to those of clamped valves.Its closing element is not wetted by the process medium, so it can be made with cheaper materials in the corrosive process medium.Flow flows pass in or near a straight line and produce small pressure drops, making it ideal for switching operations and avoiding turbulence.Diaphragm valves can also be throttled, however when maintaining a throttling position near the bottom of the valve body, sometimes small particles can  be cut into the bottom of the diaphragm or valve body and lead to corrosion.Because the diaphragm is located in the pressure body, the diaphragm valve can handle slightly higher pressure than the tightening valve, but the total pressure and temperature rating range is dependent on the toughness of the material or the enhancement of the diaphragm.Valve body flow channel and diaphragm toughness.Another advantage of diaphragm valves is that if the diaphragm fails, the valve body can accommodate the shallow logistics, and better than the tight valve housing.
3.  The application condition of diaphragm valve is similar to that of clamping valve.The rebound of the diaphragm seals it along the particles in the fluid and enables it to operate optimally in the slurry, process material, or fluid containing solids.
Manual diaphragm valve operation is very similar to the operation of a hose valve.The rotating handwheel is the compressor that drops and starts pushing the diaphragm like the bottom wall of the valve body.In the throttling state, the manual controller rotates to the desired flow rate and remains there.In the on - off state, when the maximum pressure is reached, the two surfaces are tightly sealed.When the diaphragm valve is open, the manual operator rotates in the opposite direction, increasing the flow area as the closing element is lifted.Finally, in the full open position, the compressor fully contracts into the inside of the bonnet, separating the diaphragm from the flow.At this point the valve reaches its full area capacity.In general, diaphragm valves provide inherent constant percentage flow characteristics that tend to move in a straight line during operation.
