Introduction to functions and features:

Our Spunding valves have a 90 degree bend with horizontal 1.5-inch tricamp connection, and a pressure gauge. Adapters , tees, etc for other connection types can be supplied. Standard range is 0.2 to 2 bar (3 to 30 psi), with accuracy around 2%. Other ranges available to special order. They are graduated in 0.2 bar increments, and fitted with a clear plastic anti-spray shield.

●Thoroughly clean and slightly lubricate mounting areas and running surfaces.

●Assemble in reverse order.

NOTE

In part by alternating sides, push and roll the O-ring (10) into the groove with a round order.

To analyze the treatment of the problem that the control valve is stuck or blocked:

Increase throttling gap method:

If the solid particles in the medium or the slag and rust that are washed away in the pipeline cannot be blocked or jammed due to the throttle opening, the throttle with a large throttle gap can be used instead. Valves and sleeves of windows and openings can be easily eliminated because their throttle areas are concentrated rather than circumferentially distributed. If it is a single or double seat valve, the plunger valve core can be changed to a shaped valve core, or changed to a sleeve valve. For example, if a chemical plant has a double seat valve that is often stuck, it is recommended to use the sleeve valve to solve the problem immediately.
