The working principle of sanitary grade water seal exhaust valve
The valve adjusts a specific pressure by adjusting the adjusting cover of the spring compression spring. When the pressure in the equipment is greater than the calibration pressure of the exhaust valve, the seat automatically springs up, and the pressure in the equipment system is released to effectively protect the fermentation of materials and the safety of the container system.
The adjustment cover has a pressure scale value line, which can be set according to the user's need. The valve is equipped with glass visible water seal, which can be filled with water in the glass bucket (water flooding over the exhaust port), and the glass bucket can be seen to bubble when the valve releases pressure. Additional pressure gauge is available.
