Pressure setting

The set pressure can be adjusted by turning the adjustment nut (8)and can be read off about a scale on the adjustment nut (2).

NOTE

The valve need to be cleaned when the seal covered with impurities and cannot close tight enough, which could following with leakage. (see 4 Manual Operation )

Linkage Test of Regulating Valve

The control valve must carry out linkage test before starting the device after installation.

The following points should be paid attention to in linkage test

(1) Before the adjustment linkage test, the process pipeline must be cleaned strictly and qualified. It is strictly forbidden to install the control valve for the unqualified pipeline. Because the residue in the pipeline, such as welding slag, dust and other hard impurities, can damage the piston and seat sealing surface.

(2) Regulating valve with handwheel knob mechanism, handwheel knob mechanism should be in the "release" position.

Check whether the supply pressure of the pressure relief valve meets the requirements of each control valve.
