Stainless steel 304 safety valve plays a role in safety protection in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, it will open, and discharge part of the gas in the system into the atmospheric pipeline, so that the system pressure will not exceed the allowable value, to avoid accidents due to excessive pressure. According to the different medium discharge methods, it can be divided into three types: fully enclosed, semi-enclosed and open.

1. Fully enclosed: during exhaust, the gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe, the medium cannot leak outside, and it can be used for toxic gas discharge.

2. Semi-closed type: during exhaust, part of the gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe, and part of the gas leaks from the gap between the valve cover and the stem, which can be used for gas discharge that does not pollute the environment.

3. Open type: During the exhaust, because the valve cover is open, let the spring chamber communicate with the atmosphere, which is helpful to reduce the temperature of the spring. It can be used for steam and high-temperature gas emissions that do not pollute the atmosphere.
