Self-operated Pressure Reducing Valve
Sep 19, 2022| Self-operated pressure reducing valve is a valve that uses the energy of the medium itself to control the pressure in the pipeline. It belongs to the automatic valve category and is mainly used for cutting off and throttling on the pipeline.
(1) The structure principle of the pressure reducing valve: The self-operated pressure reducing valve consists of a main valve and two or three bypass pipes.
The main valve is mainly composed of plug-shaped control springs, membrane adjustment springs, levers and pivots.
There are two ways of connecting the bypass pipe: welding straight-through type and three-way diameter.
(2) The working principle of the self-operated pressure reducing valve: when the pressure exceeds the outlet pressure, the high pressure gas is input to the top of the main piston through the pressure guiding pipe and opens; otherwise, it is closed.
(3) Performance characteristics of self-operated pressure reducing valve:
a, compact structure, small size and light weight;
b. Good sealing performance, safe and reliable;
c, easy installation and maintenance;
d. Flow characteristics;
e. Large adjustable range f. Long service life.
Can be used for liquids with particles and small solids, suitable for various industrial automatic control environments
This series of products adopts multi-spring membrane actuator, which has the advantages of high action sensitivity and accurate positioning. Because the pilot piston structure is used in this series of valves, the air tightness of the whole system is greatly improved (the maximum leakage is only 0.05%), so It is also called "safety" type valve.
