1. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. If two valves are connected, it becomes a check valve.
2. It is used to distribute the medium and change the flow direction of the medium. If there are multiple interfaces on the pipeline, and these interfaces are connected with bolts, flange connection should be used to reduce stress concentration; if there is an outlet on one side of the pipeline, one side should be connected When installing a check valve with an inlet, pay attention to the direction of the outlet.
3. When the nominal diameter of the equipment and the pipe network is large, a stop valve should be set on the branch pipe (at the highest position of the pipe network) in order to reduce the pressure loss to the adjacent equipment.
4. Sanitary ball valves are mainly used in oil and natural gas pipeline projects.
5. Sanitary ball valves are control components on industrial equipment and devices. It does not require other drive mechanisms and control systems.
