Aseptic sampling valve structure mainly includes the sealant set, sample, sampling mouth cavity, and stainless steel thimble, springs, plunger sleeve, manual handle (the difference between manual and automatic aseptic sampling valve is whether to use pneumatic device, its basic principle is the same, normally sterile sampling valve with appropriate size of the sampling head), etc.The basic working principle is that when in the closed state, the thimble is pushed by spring tension or other pressure, and the thimble presses the sealant head on the hole of the tank wall to achieve the sealing effect.If sampling is needed, steam or other bactericidal media should be passed through one of the sampling ports, and the whole sample storage chamber should be filled with steam and exported from the other sampling port. After a certain period of time, the sample storage chamber and sampling port should be kept in a sterile state.The sample is then discharged from the tank through the sample chamber and collected from the sampling orifice by twisting the handle, retracting the spring and loosening the thimble so that the sealant head is detached from the hole in the tank wall.After sampling, twist the handle, loosen the spring, and press the sealant head again through the thimble at the opening in the tank wall.
