The breathing valve makes full use of the pressure capacity of the tank itself to reduce the medium discharge. The principle is to control the row of the tank by the weight of the positive and negative pressure discs. Positive gas pressure and negative suction pressure. When the pressure of the medium in the tank is within the control operating pressure range of the breathing valve, the breathing valve does not work to maintain the tightness of the oil tank; when the medium is replenished into the tank, the pressure in the upper gas space of the tank rises to reach the breathing When the valve is operated under positive pressure, the pressure valve is opened and the gas escapes from the breathing valve outlet, so that the pressure in the tank does not continue to increase; when the medium is taken out of the tank, the pressure in the upper gas space of the tank is lowered to reach the breathing valve. When operating the negative pressure, the atmosphere outside the tank will open the negative pressure valve disc of the breathing valve, so that the outside air enters the tank, so that the pressure inside the tank does not continue to drop, so that the pressure inside the tank is balanced with the outside of the tank. To protect the safety device of the tank.

The valve body of the breathing valve can withstand a water pressure of 0.2Mpa without osmosis and deformation. The low temperature resistance of the breathing valve is greater than 70% in air and the lowest temperature is -30 °C. After 24 hours of freezing, the valve opening pressure meets the working pressure requirement (allowing the pressure difference is plus or minus 20pa).

When the valve disc member of the GTQ type snorkel is operated, the sensitivity is high, and the seal is ensured after the operation is completed. There is enough space in the valve to ensure the ventilation of the tank. Before the breathing valve reaches the working pressure: the nominal diameter is ≤150mm, the leakage is ≤0.04m3/h; the nominal diameter is ≥220mm, the leakage is ≤0.4m3/h; when the breathing valve reaches the working pressure: the valve disc is immediately Open to ensure normal ventilation requirements of the tank.
