A Brief Analysis Of Working Principle Of Aseptic Sampling Valve

Oct 14, 2019|

Aseptic sampling valve adopts the drive device for remote control or by handle for manual operation. The sampling valve used for under aseptic conditions, sampling from the tank or pipe system, each sampling before or after sampling for sterilization processing. Sterile sampling valve is mainly used in food, beverage, wine, pure water, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, beverage industry, chemicals, such as sanitation requirements.

Working principle of aseptic sampling valve: when in the closed state, push the thimble by spring tension or other pressure, and the thimble presses the sealant head on the opening of the tank wall to achieve the sealing effect. If sampling is needed, steam or other bactericidal media should be passed through one of the sampling ports (usually the lower one), and the whole sample room should be filled and exported from the other sampling port. After a certain period of time, the sample room and sampling port should be kept in a sterile state. Then, by pulling the handle, shrinking the spring and loosening the thimble, the sealant head is detached from the hole in the tank wall, so that the sample flows out of the tank through the sample room and is collected from the sampling mouth. After sampling is completed, twist the hand wheel, loosen the spring, and press the sealant head in the hole of the tank wall through the thimble again.Enter clean water to drain the residual liquid in the sample room (if the sample is sterile water or other relatively clean media, this step can be omitted), then inject bactericidal media for sealing and retention, and wait for the next sampling
